Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Contract Conclusion
Your order is placed either by completing the online order form, by submitting your order by mail, fax, phone or e-mail by stating the desired item number(s). After placing your order, Panama Mola will send you the Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. The Order Confirmation will include the purchase price of all items ordered, shipping charges, shipping address and methods of payment.
2. Prices
All prices are to be understood as total prices in Euro.
Purchase price and shipping charges will be indicated in the Order Confirmation.
Special conditions for resellers on request.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges will be € 4.50 for each shipment within the Common Market, irrespective of the number of items ordered.
For international shipments outside the Common Market please send us your enquiry.
4. Shipping Methods
Upon receipt of buyer’s advance payment, items will be shipped immediately by registered mail to the shipping address as specified by buyer.
5. Methods of Payment
Advance payment by bank transfer or PayPal, no personal checks.
Bank details and total price will be stated in the Order Confirmation sent by e-mail or fax.
We also accept payment made with credit card through PayPal.
International buyers outside the Common Market must pay through PayPal only.
6. Claims and Return Policy
Each mola was part of a used mola blouse. Minor fading and/or minor signs of wear are therefore possible and do not justify any claims. Holes, stains or tears will be mentioned in the description of the item. It might happen that colours appear differently on the user’s monitor, any claims due to this fact cannot be accepted.
However, should there be any justified claims, purchase price of the items will be refunded.
Notification of intention to return and explanation for the return must be made by email within 48 hours of receipt, and items must be returned to Panama Mola within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition by registered and prepaid postage (postage fees will not be refunded). (This applies for Common Market).
All sales outside Common Market are final.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and keep all of your information confidential. Your personally identifiable information will never be passed to anyone.
